About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role where you’ll handle day-to-day admin, client communications, and workflow support, and, if you have experience, basic bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and distribute incoming post; manage outgoing mail.
*
Maintain and update client records in our database.
*
Monitor key deadlines and assist the team with workflow coordination.
*
Communicate with clients via phone and email, chasing information where needed.
*
Assist with meeting arrangements and diary management.
*
(If experienced) Help with bookkeeping tasks such as transaction entry, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.
*
General office duties: filing, scanning, ordering supplies.
About You:
*
Previous admin experience (experience in accountancy or professional services an advantage).
*
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential).
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
*
Bookkeeping experience desirable but not essential.
*
Italian language skills desirable (spoken and written) to assist with certain client communications
