Job Description

The Role The Building Compliance Division currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall. Candidates must have a confident and professional manner with both clients and colleagues, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT. Responsibilities • Email and phone correspondence • Quote preparation • Invoicing • Liasing with project teams • Job Scheduling • General admin duties Skills and Experience • Strong IT skills • Self-motivated, organized with a high degree of accuracy. • Ability to work on own initiative. • Professional manner • Previous experience working in Acoustics is preferred but not essential What we offer • 30 days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays • Christmas shutdown: The company shuts down for the week between Christmas & New Year, the 3 days are deducted from your holiday allowance. • Healthcare Cash Plan • Employee Assistance Programme • Workplace pension: When you join the company, after 3 months you would be auto enrolled into a pension scheme.
