Candidate Requirements for the Conveyancing Administrator role: • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically to meet deadlines. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional telephone manner. • Ability to work independently with initiative, whilst being a supportive team player. • Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing or a legal support role is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. • Proficiency with IT systems and confidence in adapting to new case management software. What’s on Offer for the Conveyancing Administrator role: • A permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, 35 hours per week). • Hybrid working after completing probationary period. • An opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team. • Be part of an award-winning law firm with values rooted in community, approachability, excellence, and integrity. This is an outstanding organisation to work with, and the successful candidate will enjoy being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team culture, where your contribution will make a real difference to clients and the continued success of the department.
