Position: Administrator - Data Collection

What We're Looking For:
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of this new initiative. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Management: Confidently check, enter, and maintain data in our database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Customer Engagement: utilise your outstanding customer service skills to assist clients and respond to queries, providing excellent support and solutions.
Administrative Duties: Perform strong administrative and general office tasks to support the overall success of the project.Key Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven experience in data entry and management.
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using office software and databases.
