Job Description

Energy Services Administrator Ipswich, Suffolk (Flexible / Hybrid working available) £23,000 to £25,000 plus package OR854 Our client is an energy services company helping both commercial and residential clients to maximise their energy costs. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join their dynamic team. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to hear from anyone with a background in administration within the energy, electrical or utilities sectors. Knowledge of energy billing, analysis and metering systems are desired but not essential. The company offer hybrid working with weekly visits to their offices in Ipswich. ROLE: * Manage communication with customers by phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally. * Ensure all energy billings are handled promptly and effectively. * Maintain the companies in house data management system (Training provided). * Creation of reports from the companies inhouse data management system. * Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. * Coordinate with team members to ensure the companies operations run smoothly. * Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents. * Support the team in various administrative functions to enhance productivity. CANDIDATE: * Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a industrial sector * Strong clerical skills with a focus on data entry accuracy. * Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Familiarity with office procedures and practices including Microsoft Office and Excel
