We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual to join our client's small and supportive administration team. Whether you're just starting your career or have some previous admin experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and fast-paced environment.
__ Key Responsibilities:
. Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person or team
. Monitoring shared admin inboxes and responding to broker queries and referrals (we aim to respond by the end of each working day)
. Assisting with daily diary entries, including processing declarations and following up on outstanding documents
. Supporting the processing of new and renewed insurance policies - including diarising declarations, assigning endorsements and rates, and issuing invoices to brokers
_ What We're Looking For:
. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential
. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
. Strong communication and customer service skills
. Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. GCSEs in Maths and English (A-Levels or equivalent preferred)
