📍 Location: Blackpool
🕒 Full-Time | 3 Month Contract
💰 Up to £16 per hour (Umbrella)
PAYE Inclusive: Up to £14.50 per hour
PAYE Exclusive (Basic Rate): Approx. £12.95 per hourAre you an experienced Administrator looking to make a difference in a meaningful sector? We’re currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator to support a busy Substance Misuse Service on a temporary basis.
📝 The Role: You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the team, including:
Data entry and records management
Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
General office duties including answering phones and responding to emails✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles (minimum 1 year)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team📌 Important Information:
