About the Client: The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) support a thriving farming and food sector, supporting agricultural and rural communities to deliver great environmental outcomes. What You'll Be Doing: As a Customer Journey Administrator in the RPA's Customer Experience team, you will help us understand how customers interact with our services. Your main role will be to map and review customer journeys to make sure our services meet the customer's needs. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Creating clear, detailed customer journey maps Translating customer data and insights into actionable improvements for customers.
