Office Administrator
Location: Colden Common
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday Flexible working hours are available
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Temporary Administrator to support our client as long-term sick cover for at least the next 3 to 4 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process sales orders
Amend Word documents
Data entry and processing
About You
Able to listen, learn, follow instructions, follow a process. Must show keen attention to detail and to be conscientious.
Two years of relevant work experience, experience of data processing, using an ERP (NetSuite or similar) if possible.
A levels minimum and GCSE English and Maths at grade 5 or above.
Competent user of Outlook Microsoft Office 365 and other IT systems.
Previous experience in an administrative role essential. Previous customer services experience desirable but not essential.
