Administrator - 2-3 Month Contract Location: Rochdale Start Date: 24th November 2025 Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Customer Experience (CX) Administrator to join their team on a 2-3 month temporary contract, with the potential for extension. About the Role As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Customer Experience function. You'll handle customer enquiries, manage administrative tasks, and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure processes are delivered right the first time. Your contribution will help improve the overall customer journey and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent inbound and outbound customer service across multiple channels. Deliver on agreed KPIs and maintain adherence to policies and procedures. Plan and prioritise tasks to ensure team efficiency. Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and sharing insights. Handle and resolve complaints professionally, escalating where necessary. Maintain strong knowledge of CX processes and lead by example.
