Job Description
This is a very interesting role for an experienced Administrator to work for a superb organisation who are industry leaders in their sector, covering maternity leave for one year.
Ideally you will have had exposure working within freight and export, however, compliance, legal or working with contracts would also be ideal for this position.
You will be working within the legal department and supporting the compliance team in many areas.
The role offers lots of variety, is interesting and also offers the opportunity to work within a great team.
Responsibilities include the following:
* Supporting the compliance team
* Provide Export Control and Customs advice to clients.
* Read and edit contracts
* Develop policies and procedures
* Process insurance claims and incident reports
* Keep documents up to date
Experience from a freight background is preferable, but good organisation skills coupled with good IT skills will also suit this role.
You will also need to be able to pass security clearance for this position.
Hours are 9 to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
