About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to support operations at a busy facility based near Heysham Port. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation operating within the energy and logistics sector.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, working closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage documentation, records, and filing systems
Process job sheets, timesheets, and delivery paperwork
Coordinate bookings, meetings, and site visits
Support logistics administration (equipment tracking, paperwork, inventory updates)
Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Assist with reports and compliance documentation
Support health & safety documentation where requiredRequirements
Previous experience in an administration role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail
