________________________________________ Penalty Charge Administrator Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (+ Quarterly Bonus) Location: Leeds Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm Full-time, Permanent Position We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Penalty Charge Administrator to join our client's Central Reservations Administration team. You will be part of a small, supportive team responsible for processing all vehicle related fines and PCNs from start to finish. The role also provides key administrative support to the vehicle rental administration team and offers occasional assistance to the central reservations team. This is a process focused role requiring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage high volume tasks efficiently. ________________________________________ The Key Responsibilities of the Penalty Charge Administrator: * Process all fines, PCNs, and traffic violations within required timeframes and recharge customers in line with agreed processes * Process invoices relating to PCNs received from funders within set timeframes * Handle email correspondence and queries from clients, funders, authorities, and internal teams in accordance with company policies * Provide telephone support when liaising with fine authorities, clients, and internal departments * Update internal systems accurately and efficiently * Support the vehicle rental administration team by invoicing clients, managing hire terminations, and updating vehicle information * Assist with overflow calls for the central reservations team * Take ownership of issues, escalating anything outside your authority to the Team Leader ________________________________________ The Key Requirements of the Penalty Charge Administrator: Essential Skills: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong computer literacy * Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organisational skills and reliable data input ability Experience: * Previous administration experience is essential * Motor industry experience is preferred Additional Skills: * Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment ________________________________________ Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
