Salary: £24,500 (rising to £25,500 after 6 months)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has opened for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a growing team based in Prescot. This full‑time role offers a starting salary of £24,500, increasing to £25,500 after successful completion of a 6‑month period.
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team's day‑to‑day operations. You'll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of service for clients and customers. You'll also contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain information on a live system
Produce updates, reports, and documentation as required
Handle general administrative duties and respond to ad‑hoc queries
Manage customer and client queries using clear processes and guidance
Process authorised changes to client and customer records
Deliver a professional and customer‑focused service at all times
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support service enhancements
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Quick to learn new tasks and systems
Confident written and verbal communication skills
A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service
