* General administration duties
* Preparing and processing quotes
* Database management and data entry
* Sage invoicing and account administration
* Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements
* Previous administration experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Sage invoicing software
* Credit control experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
