We are seeking a reliable Temporary Administrator to join the team on a short-term basis with an immediate start. The role will support all new registration and onboarding processes and ensure the integrity of candidate records across our database systems.
Temporary Administrator
Support and streamline registration and onboarding to reduce delays.
Maintain, audit and reconcile candidate records with total accuracy and strict confidentiality.
Complete data entry and updates across systems, ensuring consistent documentation.
Run regular data quality checks, produce audit reports and escalate discrepancies.
Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, chase missing information and provide updates.
Produce process notes/documentation and support continuous improvement.
Provide general admin support (scheduling, correspondence, responding to enquiries).Essential
Experience improving onboarding/registration processes and reducing wait times
Strong database and MS Excel skills (data entry, validation, basic reporting)
