Job details Permanent Full-time Shift and schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Location 2/1, 60 St. Enoch Square, Glasgow Benefits Annual leave Company pension Full job description My client is looking for an experienced Administrator with Reception Skills to join their friendly, professional, and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the administrative functions of the business. Day-to-day duties include: ·Acting as the front-of-house contact, welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner ·Managing the reception area to ensure a well-presented and welcoming environment ·Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier bookings ·Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers when required ·Providing administrative support to internal departments, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry ·Booking appointments and coordinating meeting room usage ·Assisting with general enquiries and directing clients to the appropriate team ·Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required What we're looking for: ·Previous experience in a similar receptionist or office administrator role ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail ·Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy office ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ·A proactive, positive, and professional attitude Full training and support will be provided. This is a permanent post working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: ·Company pension Schedule: ·8-hour shift
