A well-established business is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and support across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Proofreading bespoke customer orders before dispatch
Packing plaque orders for courier delivery
Greeting and assisting reception customers and handling telephone enquiries
Learning to use the Clarity quotation system (full training provided)
Carrying out general administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Working Hours:
08:00 - 14:30, Tuesday to Thursday (3 days per week)
