Are you an organised, approachable and detail-focused individual looking for a key role in a busy and friendly office environment?
An established and growing business based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a confident and capable Administrator to become the first point of contact for visitors and customers, and to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What's On Offer:
Competitive salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
28 days holiday including bank holidays

Supportive team environment with room to growWhat You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the friendly and professional face of the business, front of house and on the phones
Managing incoming enquiries and supporting customer service processes
Handling a range of administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document control
Processing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts in collaboration with the finance team
Supporting other departments with admin as neededWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an office admin or front-of-house role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and accounting/invoicing systems
