Job Title: Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Hove
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
Salary: £14.50 per hour
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dependable and well-organised Administrator to support their team in Hove.
This is a part-time opportunity within a dynamic and friendly business, ideally suited to someone who’s comfortable working with measurements and technical specifications. While the role itself isn’t in the kitchen fitting or interiors industry, candidates from that background may find their skills particularly useful.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling general office admin, including calls, emails, data entry, and filing
* Communicating with clients and internal teams to coordinate project updates and orders
* Accurately recording and processing measurements and product specifications
* Keeping internal systems and documentation up to date
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid administrative experience
* Confidence discussing and handling measurements and technical details
* A background in kitchen fitting, interiors, or similar is advantageous but not essential
* Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A clear communicator who works well independently and with others
