Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are hiring for role of Supplies Administrator, working for a worldwide healthcare organization in Witney. You will be responsible for the management of clinical study products, equipment and materials, from receipt through to disposal.
This would be a full time role, working on an initial 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Move study materials and equipment from delivery areas to storage using trolleys and elevators
* Check received items against purchase orders and record details like quantities and part numbers
* Prepare shipments to study sites, update records, and arrange couriers
* Use barcode scanners to track products coming in and going out
* Handle returned items by moving them to the appropriate area, checking contents, and cleaning them if needed
* Regularly check storeroom stock levels and remove expired items for proper disposal
* Dispose of materials correctly by separating parts into appropriate bins based on material type
* Prepare study kits by assembling materials, counting items, and labelling bags
* Print and scan clinical study documents as needed
* Archive paperwork following company guidelines
* Follow all quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Work with other departments when needed regarding supplies and documentation
* Support improvement projects related to quality systems and processes
Requirements:
* GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience of collaborating within a team
* Graduates welcome to apply
