Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a respected clinic in Brighton. This is an office based, temporary position and the working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working within an office environment and strong administrational skills. As an administrator you will: * Answer inbound calls in a professional manner * Proof read, scan and file documents * Arrange appointments and answer client queries * General administration duties * Maintain confidentiality and remain professional at all times The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, the hourly rate is £12-£12.50 per hour depending on experience.
