Part-time Administrator
Location: Watford
Salary: GBP30,000 pro rata
Hours: 25 hours per week. Flexible

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Administrator to join their team. Within this role you will be looking after 6 project managers.
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
· Looking after CRM system - simpro
· Understands admin, puts an email together
· Putting work orders in
· Purchase orders
· Sorting out sub-contractors
· Adding clients to the system
· Invoicing
· Liaising with sub-contractors, making sure their training up to date/airside passes
· Data entry
· Organising travel accommodation/hotels for sub-contractors
Requirements of the Administrator:
· At least 5 years' experience as an administrator
· Previous experience within construction/engineering industry would be an advantage
· Have excellent communication (written and verbal)
· Great organisational skills
· Able to work as part of a team and your own initiative.
