Our superb client with sites based in Peterborough (PE1) is seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 8.5 hours per day Monday to Friday. Start time can commence from 7.30am to 8.30am and therefore finish time will be between 5.00pm - 6.00pm depending on your start time.
As Administrator, with our client, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings, dealing with visitors, logging holiday requests, supplier month end reconciliation, stationery ordering, stock monitoring, generating invoices, raising credit notes, preparing daily documentation, general admin duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc office duties.
To be considered for the role of Administrator, it is essential that you have recent work experience in administration for at least 2-3 years. You will have also have experience of assisting in accounts administration. You will have a good level of PC literacy of Microsoft Word & Excel and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is also essential that you have a full drivers licence and own transport owing to location.
In return, our client is offering a starting salary of £26,000 for the role of Administrator, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, private health care, pension, social events, onsite parking.
