Remuneration: £23,664 - £25,036 (+6% pension)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Shift Pattern - 9am-5pm - Potentially Flexible
Responsibilities:
Join our clients vibrant team as an Administrator, where your contributions will directly support their mission in the charity sector! As an integral part of the organisation, you will be responsible for a variety of essential administrative functions. Your key duties will include:
Covering reception duties and managing incoming/outgoing communications, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
Handling general admin inbox tasks, including booking client appointments and maintaining accurate case records.
Supporting the CEO and Finance and Resource Manager with HR and Health and Safety monitoring tasks.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing databases, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating contractors.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies to keep their workspace efficient and welcoming.
Overseeing the room booking system for interviews and meetings, ensuring all details are managed impeccably.
Assisting the Volunteer Support Team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Taking minutes during team meetings and following up on action points.
Providing assistance to volunteers and staff, tackling issues as they arise.
Upholding all organisational policies and procedures.Person Specification:
We are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:
Essential:
Knowledge of administrative functions and experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to structure processes efficiently.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
Discretion and tact, with an ability to handle confidential information.
Attention to detail and a consistent, accurate work ethic.
Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
Desirable:
Experience in an administrative role within a busy environment.
Familiarity with IT tools, including case management and booking systems.
HNC or equivalent in Administration.
