Job Description

Office Administrator  Ipswich Office Based, free parking £26,500-£28,000pa DOE Pure are delighted to be representing a national established organisation who are looking for an experienced administrator to work alongside their project team; you will need to have a good standard of writing, the ability to accurately proofread, great attention to detail and a pro-active nature. This role will be working alongside a project team, supporting with the back office administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:  Organise staff training & maintain company and individual training matrixes Supplier PPQs - issuing / maintaining spreadsheet Monitor and chase supplier certificate renewals i.e. insurance  Monitor and chase installers qualification renewals  Non-conformance's - recording/maintaining spreadsheet Confirming new jobs Customer feedbacks - monthly  Post log Telephone message log New enquiries log (telephone and email) Certificate and policy renewal uploads Frameworks - Monthly/quarterly returns Courier/Royal Mail - post and parcel collections Posting supplier invoices - weekly Raising customer invoices and uploading to Bibby - daily Credit control - as required  Reconciling supplier statements and liaising with suppliers for any queries/missing invoices Stationary orders Taking credit card payments via online portal as required • Retentions - liaising with customer finance department to chase up overdue retention payment and maintaining spreadsheet Maintaining petty cash - posting transaction to sage. Holiday cover and assisting other department during busy periods Maintaining company notice board and holiday log Review office RAMS annually Order office stationery Provide admin assistance to sales personnel What you will need: Experience in senior administration.   Excellent command of English (written and oral) Experience in the ability to proofread colleagues’ work Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Can do attitude Team player Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office
