Job Description

Administrator required for a small, established, and welcoming team. This position can be fast paced, varied, and whilst heavily administrative based, requires an adaptable individual to assist in the warehouse with very light duties. Excellent communication skills are essential. The annual salary is £26,000 - £27,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Duties: Answer incoming calls and email enquiries Process customer orders and prepare quotations Support the sales team with administrative tasks Manage and maintain customer records and CRM Assist with stock control Prepare invoices Carry out very light warehouse duties such as packing and labelling - 90% of the role is administrativeBenefits: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum 20 days holiday plus bank holidays PensionExperience: Previous administration experience is essential Sales administration, order processing experience is desirable Excellent communication, customer service skills Adaptable, able to work to own initiative, and a team player Good computer skills, to include, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Ability to learn new systems and processes quicklyPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
