An exciting opportunity to join a unique business in the heart of beautiful countryside fora 3-6 month contract.
* 37 hours per week – 8.30am to 4.30pm (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am to 4pm (Friday) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
* Car parking
Duties for the administrator:-
* Ensure the import and export logs are maintained.
* Review and facilitate approval of freight and payment invoices.
* Renewal of annual vendor certs.
* Carry out any other operational requests within the department.
* Provide holiday cover as required.
* Carry out all tasks in line with health and safety regulations, using good working practices to operate within the company policies and procedures ensuring good housekeeping at all times.
Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
