Administrator - Aberdeen Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join their busy office based in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, providing essential support across a range of administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Accurately keying customer orders into internal systems Printing and preparing order documents Answering and directing incoming phone calls Supporting the team with general administrative duties as requiredIdeal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar administrative role Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working to deadlines Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Competent with Microsoft Office and basic IT systemsAdditional Information: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Location: Aberdeen Rate of pay - £14 per hour
