Are you a detail-driven Administrator with a knack for organisation and a passion for helping others? We're looking for someone just like you to be the friendly face and efficient backbone of our team!
The role is for 18 hours over a minimum of 3 days (Monday to Friday) and between the hours of 9am to 5pm. The role is hybrid too, with 60% office and 40% home-working.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the Administrator in the Grants team and the first point of contact for grant applicants-so being personable, approachable, and a great communicator (both on the phone and in writing) is key.
You'll also be producing graph data, so confidence with Microsoft Office 365-especially Excel and PowerPoint-is a must.
We're after someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and keeping everything running smoothly.
If you have experience taking meeting minutes and notes this will be very advantageous!

Full time equivalent for this role is £24 - 26K. Pro rata salary is £12,300 - £13,300.
