Job Description

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Service Administration Assistant / Reception Worker for an Innovative Community Support Recovery Service in Luton. The post is based in a service who offer support and recovery solutions for those suffering with drug and alcohol issues. This role is working full time with standard hours 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with a salary on offer of £25,380. The post holder will work fully onsite supporting maintaining accurate records & actively promote the rights & responsibilities of service users, to further support the business growth by assisting with the digitalisation of systems and processes. You will also work to provide admin, HR and recruitment support to our site, working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From onboarding new colleagues to keeping our HR systems up-to-date, your work will directly support our ability to deliver quality care. Responsibilities include: * Collate all Data / Google Docs / Spreadsheets and produce monthly reports * Ensure that all graduating client’s details are recorded, collated, uploaded and maintained as accurate. * Agree and communicate admission’s pathway information to key stakeholders, including the client, the client’s funder and the centre team. * Update department data on a daily basis. * In time be able to communicate directly with clients to glean information on their background for our records. Required skills include: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, driven and focused, to ensure all opportunities are captured. * Focused on accuracy, with exceptional attention to detail. * Successful track record in working in a team environment and being diverse and flexible. * The ability to gain a clear understanding of customers’ requirements. * Conversant with computers and Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Initiative and a positive approach to problem-solving. * Ability to empathise with and fully assimilate the services being offered.
