Job Description
We are currently looking for a Mobile Administrator (Waste Assessor). You will be working in Lymington (SO41). This role requires a UK Driving License.
Monday - Friday
Temp Contract
Pay rate - £13.48ph paye
Job Purpose
* To support the implementation of new waste and recycling collection services. You will conduct collection point surveys and complete tick box risk assessments of the collection locations of properties across the borough to assist the in delivering effective waste services. This will involve property visits, and resolving issues, to ensure our residents and other stakeholders can fully participate in the new collection services.
Main Duties
* Identify and act on barriers to good waste management, reducing contamination and maximising recycling.
* Carry out collection point surveys of dwellings and new developments to assess bin allocations and suitability.
* Complete basic data forms and escalate issues via appropriate channels to senior staff.
* Work with stakeholders to change and improve waste management behaviours.
* Work with collection crews to understand collection points
* Drive to and from sites across the New Forest District as required.
