Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and supportive environment? At Park House, we provide high-quality care for the elderly, and we’re now looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start and finish times to help support a good work–life balance. What you’ll do: You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in keeping our home running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering and directing phone calls * Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks * Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes * Assisting with basic accounting tasks * Providing general office support where needed What we’re looking for: * Confident computer skills and strong attention to detail * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams * Clear written and verbal communication skills * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn What we offer: * £13 per hour (with overtime at £14 per hour) – higher rates considered for exceptional candidates * A supportive and welcoming workplace * Flexible start and finish times to suit work-life balance * The opportunity to be part of the Pressbeau family and make a real difference every day If you’re ready to bring your skills to a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
