We’re looking for a skilled Administrator to support a busy operations team. If you’re highly organised, thrive in a supporting role, and have advanced Microsoft Word expertise ideally with schematics, drawing tools and formatting, then this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Create and edit technical schematics, drawings, and formatted documents using advanced Word functions.
Work closely with engineers to turn site data into professional drawings using advanced drawing tools on word.
Provide full administrative support to both office and field teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of all documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong administration background (ideally technical/engineering).
Advanced Microsoft Word skills – including drawing tools, smart formatting, and schematic creation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Confident communicator and team player.
Desirable:
Experience in utilities, engineering, or water industries.
