Job Description
TSA Surveying are working with a building consultancy that are looking to appoint a ADMINISTRATOR/PLANNER to support the STOCK CONDITION SURVEYORS ON SITE
• Make and receive calls, liaising with tenants, contractors and trade workforce and the Building Consultancy capital team on yearly planned programmed works.
• Plan appointments ensuring they align with our priorities, timescales and KPI’s and cost effectiveness.
• Manage multiple tradespersons appointment diaries.
• Maintain repairs records on our inhouse ICT systems and to ensure repairs are closed when completed.
• Ensuring each repair have detailed notes added to the in-house systems for information to be available for all the council representatives to review.
• Supporting the customer services team with any queries or guidance.
• Arrange follow up visits to finish repairs or additional work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Scheduling appointments for surveyors on Social Housing Contracts.
Working Hours - 9AM to 5PM
Location - Eltham with the possibility to WFH
Salary - £25,00 to £30,000
Duration - 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - POSSIBLE EXTENSION IF YOU PERFORM WELL
