As part of their ongoing expansion plans, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Bristol team.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support
Maintaining accurate records
Filing, scanning, and uploading documents
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors
Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
Coordinating inductions for new staff and subcontractors.
Handling day-to-day office duties such as ordering supplies, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
About you:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
