We are looking for an Administrator with excellent organisation skills to work with our large employer based in Yeovil. This Administrator will be working to support a project team with their work up to the end of the year. This is a temporary Administration role.
Your role will be to update systems, ensure accurate dates and documentation is in place, liaise with people across the business for updates, pull reports and financial data together and sort out the mailbox to ensure all entries are categorised and dealt with efficiently.
The role will be mostly working from home with one day in either Yeovil or Bristol per week. The location of the day in the office is up to the candidate.
To do this role you will need the following skills/experience:
Proven experience of managing volume emails and organising diaries
Experience in liaising with all levels of staff and internal customers
Experience of using MS Office applications
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
