Description Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Organise and maintain records, both digital and physical, to ensure accessibility. Support the secretarial and business support department with scheduling and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal use. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional communication and resolution. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of administrative systems and processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support across the department.Profile A successful Administrator should have: Experience in an administrative or secretarial role, Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Full UK Driving licence.Job Offer A salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
