Job Title: Administrator Location: CC Cousins Contract Type: Temporary - 4 weeks (ongoing potentially) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour Temporary role - up to 3 weeks/ potentially ongoing. Maybe extended as we have another project on the horizon About Us CC Cousins are a complete Facilities Maintenance providers in Medway, offering maintenance services across Landscaping, Civil Engineering and Building Fabric. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator to support our Grounds Maintenance Team. This is a numbers orientated role requiring strong data handling and analytical skills, alongside general administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing operational data, reviewing landscaping contracts, and producing accurate reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Collate, track, and analyse operational data and performance statistics. * Review, update, and manage landscaping and maintenance contracts. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal use. * Liaise with the Grounds Maintenance Team to ensure data accuracy. * Provide general administrative support, including answering queries and processing paperwork. Requirements * Proven administrative experience, preferably in a data or contract-focused role. * Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel essential). * Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Immediate availability.
