What you'll be doing:
Processing a range of investor transactions with accuracy and speed
Reconciling payments and records to keep everything running seamlessly
Producing contract notes and dealing confirmations in line with regulations
Liaising with internal teams, auditors, and investment managers
Providing professional support to investors and clients by phone and email
What we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
A team player with a proactive, "can do" approach
