Administrator – Logistics & Distribution
Carlisle | Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm | £12.21 per hour
We’re looking for 3 proactive Administrators to join a friendly, open-plan office in Carlisle.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the logistics and distribution team, helping drivers and staff with day-to-day admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting drivers with paperwork and documentation
Assisting with onboarding processes and employee contracts
Handling payment administration
Maintaining accurate records and files
Working collaboratively with the wider team in a supportive office environmentWhat we’re looking for:
Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
Previous administration experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, friendly approach and the ability to work well in a teamWhat’s on offer:
£12.21 per hour
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
