TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 3 month Contract - Inverness
We are seeking a reliable and organised General Administrator to provide temporary support in a busy legal office. The role will involve general administrative duties including answering calls, managing correspondence, filing, scanning and photocopying documents, updating case files, and providing support to fee earners and office staff. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment. Previous office or legal administration experience is desirable but not essential.
This post is a 3 month temporary contract and is due to start almost immediately. Hours will be Monday to Friday 9 - 5, with one hour for lunch. The role will be fully on our client site and is based in Inverness near the city centre. Only candidates local to Inverness will be considered and with immediate availability to take up this temporary opportunity.
