About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales and Buying departments, with occasional administrative assistance to our Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Buying teams
• Assist with data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support the Marketing team with basic admin tasks such as scheduling, content coordination, and reporting
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Handle general office duties including email correspondence, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within a commercial or retail environment)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
