About the Role As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting key business functions. You’ll manage driver bookings, process sales and purchase orders, handle invoicing, and provide day-to-day support to the sales team. This position requires a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities Coordinate driver check-in and check-out and liaise with internal teams to ensure raw materials and packaging deliveries run smoothly. Accurately receive and process customer sales orders, maintaining up-to-date records and tracking order status. Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling queries and preparing regular reports. Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems and assist with general office administration. Act as a central communication point between sales, logistics, production, and office teams. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with ERP or order management systems. A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in an office-based administrative role – ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or sales environment. Understanding of order processing, invoicing, and purchasing procedures. Experience liaising with drivers or logistics teams would be advantageous. Why Apply?
