Administrator – Motorhome Production Support Location: Westwoodside, Doncaster (DN9) Salary: £24,000–£28,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, permanent A well-established motorhome manufacturer is seeking a reliable, organised Administrator to support production, service, and aftercare operations. This is a key role working across departments — from speaking with customers and suppliers to keeping the internal team on track with parts, schedules, and follow-ups. The Role The successful candidate will be a central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and the workshop team. You’ll handle product admin, warranty claims, customer updates, and internal coordination — helping ensure each motorhome build or service job runs smoothly, on time, and to standard. Key Responsibilities * Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to service, production, and warranty * Deal with customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups in a professional and prompt manner * Process warranty claims and parts returns with suppliers * Track and log ordered parts, chase suppliers, and keep workshop teams updated * Time-stamp and record team activity, ensuring job stages are completed and logged * Liaise with production, aftersales, and management to make sure schedules are on track * Keep internal systems and logs accurate and up to date Requirements * Strong administration experience in a manufacturing, automotive, caravan/motorhome, or aftercare-related industry * Confident communicator, both written and verbal — able to speak clearly with customers and internal teams * Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once * Comfortable using basic office systems (Excel, emails, internal job systems) * Proactive and willing to get stuck in when things get busy * Reliable and able to work independently while coordinating with others Desirable Backgrounds Candidates from these industries tend to transition well into this type of role: * Automotive or vehicle service administration * Caravan, motorhome, or boat sales/service * Construction or modular building admin * Engineering workshop coordination * Parts or warranty admin in a dealership or manufacturer Benefits * Competitive salary depending on experience * Long-term, secure employment in a growing company * On-site parking * Close-knit, supportive team environment * Opportunity to develop and expand your responsibilities over time
