Part time administrator required for manufacturing company based in Gloucester, GL2, paying £12.50 ph, working 25 hours per week. You will need to work in the office each day but there is flexibility over start and finish times.
We are looking for a strong Administrator who is methodical, organised and has excellent attention to detail to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the Export team but full training will be given if no previous experience in this field.
The type of duties you will be carrying out on behalf of our client is as follows:
- liaising with freight forwarders
- updating relevant requirements for shipping regulations and maintaining correct tariffs
- complete customs formalities of proof of shipments
- input new product orders and amend existing product orders
- complete all Bill of Exchange and Letter of Credit bank documentation where appropriate
The successful administrator will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- excellent attention to detail
- strong working knowledge of MS office including Outlook
- confident telephone manner
- experience in the manufacturing sector would be a distinct advantage
