Job Description

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a small team and would require someone who can be flexible with their approach to work. Duties may vary so someone who isnt scared to get stuck in and help. Key Responsibilities: · Assist with scheduling transport arrangements for both incoming and outgoing shipments. · Handle and process logistics-related documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and customs forms. · Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to support smooth and timely delivery coordination. · Provide administrative support in resolving logistics and delivery queries promptly and professionally. · Maintain up-to-date records related to orders, inventory levels, and shipments. · Support the preparation of reports and help gather data for logistics performance analysis. · Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to assist with logistics planning and administrative coordination. Key Skills and Requirements: * Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. How many hours – 23-25 hrs p/w (30mins unpaid lunch, 2x15 min paid tea breaks), times might vary, so someone who can be flexible due to business needs is a must Working days and start/finish times: - Monday: 09:00 – 12:00 Tuesday: 09:00 – 16:30 Thursday: 09:00 – 16:30 Saturday: 07:00 – 12:00 if you are interested in the above and wish to find out more please contact Lyndsey at Global Highland
