Job Description

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Administrator to support our client’s team in Peterborough. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to various teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of face-to-face services. This is a part time permanent role. Salary is £12,343.24 pro rata + excellent benefits including on site parking. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support at events. * Monitor attendance and report absences. * Perform general administrative tasks. * Raise purchase orders and confirm receipt of goods/services in line with financial procedures. * Manage and reconcile petty cash and, where applicable, handle cash deposits. * Promote awareness of financial regulations, processes, and submission deadlines. * Assist with the administration of probationary and appraisal reviews. * Maintain records of staff absences and coordinate holiday leave. * Provide clerical and administrative support to team members and managers. * Support Managers with administrative projects. * Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. * Handle internal and external mail promptly to meet deadlines. * Manage stationery supplies and place orders when needed. * Meet audit and risk compliance requirements. Key Skills Required * Strong verbal and non verbal communication skills * Highly organised * Strong attention to detail * Good understanding of Word packages * Confident face to face * Good customer service skills * Teamplayer
