Our client Based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their Service Team. The hours for the Partt Time Administrator role are Wednesday through Friday 8.30am till 17.00pm.
Responsibilties of the Part Time Administrator role are:
* Register service calls/emails
* Allocate and distribute engineers’ work.
* Allocate service calls to service partners.
* Update on a daily basis customer Portals
* Order parts and issue quotes for repair work
* Confirming parts are on site prior to booking engineer
* Checking all call monitors
* Calling sites to arrange access/check details
* Issuing Risk and Method statements
* Checking Engineers Schedules to ensure they have work everyday
* Ensuring calls are completed within customer SLA’s
Our client is offering a basic salary for the Part Time Administrator position as well as a fantastic benefits package, including a market leading pension scheme and holiday allowance. The company also offers free onsite parking for employees.
Please note the Administrator position is a permant role. Working days/hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays, 8.30am till 17.00pm.
