About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Fire Protection Contracts team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This is an essential role supporting the smooth running of our projects, ensuring engineers are scheduled effectively, compliance records are up to date, and our clients are kept informed.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination: Organise engineers’ schedules for fire protection works, ensuring efficient resource use.
*
Contract Administration: Maintain project documents, contracts, and compliance records, including adding remedial work ‘pins’ onto building plans.
*
Client Liaison: Act as a main point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing progress updates.
*
Supply Chain Coordination: Order materials and liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries.
*
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure works meet industry regulations, generating reports where required.
*
General Administration: Support with invoicing, purchase orders, data entry, and other administrative tasks for the contracts team.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous administration experience, ideally in construction, facilities management, or compliance-focused roles.
*
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*
Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams.
*
Comfortable working independently for part of the week.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
Benefits (Permanent):

Salary £24,000–£26,500 DOE
